General Terms

Clients agree to pay for the services provided by ez-Search.ca at the current rates established for those services, as listed and updated on this website.

Once payment is approved, an order confirmation email will be sent. The requested search will begin processing immediately, and results will be made available as soon as possible. A link is included in the confirmation email to retrieve your results directly.

All fees are non-refundable once processing begins, even if it is later determined that an incorrect service was requested. For possible exceptions, please review the Refund Policy below.

Delivery Policy

Search results are typically displayed directly on the confirmation page that you are redirected to after successful payment. Once processing completes, your results will appear there automatically.

If the confirmation page times out before your order is completed, you may refresh the page to extend the wait time or return later using the link provided in your order confirmation email to view your completed results.

Most orders are processed within minutes, though processing time may vary depending on system load, registry availability, or after-hours submissions. In such cases, results will become available automatically once processing completes.

Refund Policy

In the event that we are unable to process your request for any reason, all applicable fees will be refunded directly to the payment method used.

Once a search or request has been completed, fees are non-refundable, even if it is later determined that an incorrect product or service was selected.
